Using hypnosis, we are able to access the subconscious operating system in our mind and re-program ourselves to be whatever we desire. Just imagine the endless possibilities of all of the things you could do and be if you could control the power of your subconscious mind. We can then apply your inner wisdom to obtain a beneficial resolution. 

During a Hypnotherapy Session, hypnosis is used to enable a client to enter into a trance like state. A person under hypnosis feels relaxation, and a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness. While a client is hypnotized, the conscious mind is disengaged, and the subconscious mind is engaged.

While hypnotized, a person can recover long-term memories stored in their subconscious. Often clients will come to a hypnotherapist with a “presenting issue,” that is a result of a “causative event.” These causative events could stem from a traumatic event from childhood, or even in adult life when one didn’t have the emotional wherewithal to process the situation. These causative events create time capsules of stuck energy that emit toxic limiting beliefs. These limiting beliefs can hold one back from reaching their true potential.

In hypnotherapy, I regress clients to positive resources and successes in their past that will help them work through these causative events. Only after we are able to reframe past events (bad code), are we able to replace it with healthier suggestions (positive code).
