Hypnotherapy is a collaborative partnership. My duty is to guide you through a transformative process, and you have a personal responsibility to focus on following that process with earnest diligence.
Together, we will work with your subconscious mind, yet the intentions you set, the preparation you make and the actions you take are critical to you getting your best outcomes. The more you put in, the more you get out.
For the vast majority, the Terms and Conditions will be automatically be adhered to. Although, I have included them here for clarity otherwise;
The 3 Fundamental Prerequisites;
1) Submit Intake Form with 48 hours notice prior to you scheduling any Call.
2) Be ready to join every call on time.
3) Focus on following the instructions, nothing less and nothing more.
If the three fundamental prerequisites are not met, online sessions are not possible, and will not be offered or continued by Alexandra’s Hypnotherapy, so then the following conditional policies apply.
Policy For Missed or Postponed Calls
Unconfirmed Calls
1) Cancelling Calls; If an Intake Form is not received 24 hours prior to the Initial Call, the call will be automatically cancelled.
2) Rescheduling Calls; that had been cancelled can be done at no cost at another time when you are ready to submit a timely Intake Form.
3) Confirming / Postponing; All Calls are reconfirmed by an automatic reminder email to you 24 hours prior to the call. If you need to postpone, do so with at least or just under 24 hours notice.
Confirmed Calls; Less Than 24 Hour Postponement or No Show
A No-Show; When a call has been booked and confirmed, but then the call is postponed with less than 24 hours notice or is not joined 5 minutes after the start time.
Free Initials Call No Show; No additional Free Initial Call will be given. If you wish to have Personal Sessions, you will need to buy a $100 Initial Call for your Session Intake or to Assess Your Enrollment.
Failure to attend Confirmed Calls as scheduled and on time is a very strong adverse indicator for success in your therapy.
Make whatever preparations, allowances, calendar reminders and prioritizations you can to put yourself in the 99% of people that do show up on time, every time, and are accepted into a professional therapy program.
Policy For Sessions
Policy For Scheduled Calls & Changes
1) Cancellingor ReschedulingCalls; Can be done;
a) with 48 + hours notice, at a cost of $0.
b) with 24 + hours notice, at a cost of $50.
c) with < 24 hours notice, at a cost of $100.
Policy For Terminating Sessions
Sessions are not obligated to be given, nor continued.
Buy Sessions, Attend Zero; Do not buy sessions before sending the Intake Form, having the Initial Interview and being assessed as appropriate and invited to buy sessions. Follow the Application Process, not doing so is a strong contraindication for success. If sessions are assessed as not appropriate by Alexandra’s Hypnotherapy, a refund will be made of the price paid, minus $50.
Buy Sessions, Attend One; If during the first session significant new information arises that leads to an assessment that sessions are not appropriate, they can be discontinued at the discretion of Alexandra’s Hypnotherapy. This includes an inability of unwillingness to follow or grasp the process described in detail in the supporting material. A refund of the price paid pro-rata for the other two sessions will be given, minus $100.
Client Terminating Sessions; Sessions are sold as a program, not as individual sessions. If you attend one session and request a refund of the other two, any refund is at the discretion of Alexandra’s Hypnotherapy, and if given would be less than the pro-rata value of two sessions.
It can be therapeutically counter-productive and unhelpful to allow or tacitly encourage not finishing what you started mid-process. The financial incentive to show up each time on time and get what you paid for is much better than rewarding a strategy of doing things by halves.
This issue is minimized by not accepting clients who are at risk of this, so this refund scenario is extremely unusual.
Price Changes
All prices for Sessions are subject to change without notice.
Alexandra’s Hypnotherapy is not required to continue to offer prices that had been seen on the website, or that had been offered at the time an Initial Call.
Once you make a purchase at a set rate, that rate will remain.
If you wish to make a new purchase, or another purchase, the new rate will apply.
Legal Disclaimer
California Business and Professions Code 2053 requires that complimentary and alternative health care providers make certain written disclosures to clients. If hypnotherapists are deemed to be covered by this provision, they must make the required disclosures:
- A person who provides services pursuant to Section 2053.5 that are not unlawful under Section 2051 or 2052 shall, prior to providing those services, do the following:
- Disclose to the client in a written statement using plain language the following information:
- That he or she is not a licensed physician.
- That the treatment is alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state.
- That the services to be provided are not licensed by the state.
- The nature of the services to be provided.
- The theory of treatment upon which the services are based.
- His or her educational, training, experience, and other qualifications regarding the services to be provided.
- Obtain a written acknowledgment from the client stating that he or she has been provided with the information described in paragraph (1). The client shall be provided with a copy of the written acknowledgment, which shall be maintained by the person providing the service for three years.
- Disclose to the client in a written statement using plain language the following information:
- The information required by subdivision (a) shall be provided in a language that the client understands.

Any information or advice given by Alexandra is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, tax or financial advice or diagnosis from professionals in those fields.
Sessions with Alexandra and Alexandra’s Hypnotherapy are intended to offer insight into your spiritual life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Alexandra will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any session or appointment with Alexandra or any persons or events related thereto, and / or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or o missions, or otherwise.
All sessions and services by Alexandra are for spiritual purposes only and the client receiving the service is responsible for all their own choices and actions. You must be 18 years and older to receive a session. Sessions in no way constitute legal, financial advice, or diagnose of medical conditions whether mental or physical. Alexandra will not answer health questions or diagnose / treat any medical conditions whatsoever. Consult a medical practitioner for guidance.
Alexandra disclaims any liability, to any person or entity, for any loss or damages, caused in regard to any information, suggestions or advice, provided to you through this service.
