Hypnotic Gastric Bypass Surgery

It’s almost the start of 2023 and what better time to make an investment in your health?

Unlike diets, getting a virtual gastric band surgery is designed to help you make long-term lifestyle changes without the risks that come with surgery. This procedure is also called “gastric bypass hypnosis,” or “lap band hypnosis.” This “surgery” is done to rewire the minds of patients to make them believe their stomachs are smaller, making them incapable of eating large meals without feeling uncomfortably full.

My Two-Pronged Approach-

1- Hypnotherapy to identify the root cause of your emotional eating. This will help you to remember long-forgotten experiences surrounding food that may be subconsciously sabotaging you now. This will enable you to recognize patterns, reactions, or behaviors you may not realize you have been doing. Replacing those negative thought patterns surrounding food with positive ones is helpful before getting the gastric band “surgery.”

2- The virtual gastric band “surgery” treatment. Gastric bypass hypnotherapy is designed to suggest, at a subconscious level, that you have had an operation to insert a gastric band around your stomach. Once you are in a relaxed hypnotic state, I will explain step-by-step what happens in surgery. We start at being put under the anesthesia, the first incision, fitting the band itself and stitching up. The smells and sounds of an operating room are employed to enhance the experience, to program your subconscious that what’s being said is actually happening to you. The goal is for your body to respond to this suggestion by making you feel fuller quicker as if you had the real surgery.

The three session virtual gastric band treatment is designed to help you make long-term lifestyle changes. By recognizing and addressing underlying issues, helping you to recognize triggers, and working with your subconscious to help you feel fuller for longer, hypnotherapy can help you take those first steps towards making positive change. We replace unhealthy thought patterns with positive suggestions of healthy eating, exercise and self-confidence.

In addition to the 3 sessions, I provide clients with 3 personalized self-hypnosis meditations to reinforce a healthy lifestyle. I also explain how to journal (to keep you on track), and how to energy test your food.

How To Get Started-

Please send me an email or call me to set up the initial complementary consultation to you discuss what you hope to gain from the gastric bypass hypnotherapy. It’s important to talk about any previous weight loss attempts, your eating habits, any health issues and your general attitude towards food. This information will give me information I need to personalize your sessions.

Please note- I am not a doctor. If you have any concerns regarding a hypnotic gastric band please consult to your doctor.

Will It Work?

Like any other lifestyle change, it will require your total commitment. No weight-loss method, from surgery to diets, is guaranteed to achieve specific results. Similarly, as with any form of hypnosis, the results of gastric band hypnotherapy are dependent on you approaching the process with an open mind, as well as being ready and willing to make changes.
