Heart And Brain Coherence Opens A Portal To Mystical Experiences

Why Should You Live A Heart- Centered Life Of Love? What Is The Importance Of Heart And Brain Coherence?

Heart and brain coherence is the alignment and integration of mind, body, and spirit. The heart and brain are operating in a synergetic way; our thoughts, intentions, and actions seamlessly align. We then experience a deeper intuitive inner guidance that can lead to finding one’s true purpose and mystical experiences. It also has profoundly powerful healing effects on our mental and physical health.

Recent Studies-

The term “Coherence” is used by scientists to describe the optimal performance level in which the following systems, nervous, cardiovascular, hormonal and immune, are all working harmoniously. Our heart contains a network of 40,000 neurons called “sensory neurites” which provide direct communication to the brain. The heart can think, feel and learn independently of our brain. The heart actually sends more more information to the brain, than the brain sends to the heart! The heart’s electromagnetic field is the most powerful field generated by your body, and extends several feet outside of you. The heart’s electromagnetic field projects our inner emotions out into the world which can affect people, animals and the environment around us.

Studies conducted by the Institute of Noetic Sciences and HeartMath proved that the heart has intuitive abilities. In the studies, the participant’s physiological data was recorded. They were shown a series of 45 pictures. Thirty of the pictures would induce a calm experience and 15 a strong emotion reaction. Each picture, displayed for 3 seconds, then the screen went blank for 10 seconds.

The results were astounding and revealed that both the participants’ heart and brain received and responded to the pictures before the computer randomly selected the image. This indicates an intuitive ability, they were responding to a future event on average 4.8 seconds before the computer randomly selected the images.

What the scientists didn’t expect though, is that the information, “It is first registered from the heart,” Rollin McCraty Ph.D. described, “then up to the brain (emotional and pre-frontal cortex), where we can logically relate what we are intuiting, then finally down to the gut (or where something stirs).”

“We found that from the body perspective, the heart is the first to receive these non-local signals or intuitions, then they are passed to the brain. It’s a result I wouldn’t have predicted. The heart has access to information outside the boundaries of time and space. It’s been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt,” McCraty said.
